Honestly I think most of the new actors will be unknown given that the budget is tight and they won't be able to afford even D-Listers.

I'm hoping Jamie Lee Curtis is casted as Dr Kureha. She's been saying for years she wants to play this character so hopefully we'll get to see this! If she's casted, I think she'll be the only 'big' name.
