if they were part of a trial there is no privacy violations between dr/patient if there was an ability to unseal. I think. My knowledge of American trial law is limited

I got denied life insurance because I told my therapist that I'd attempted suicide like 15-20 years earlier. It's bonkers that you have to provide therapy and psychiatry docs to get life insurance. Now I can't protect my family in case something happens to me. It fucking sucks.
