i started watching this a few years ago but stopped in season 2 when skully was kidnapped. i really need to continue.

I remember as a kid watching "the host" episode with my parents during dinner, we ordered italian and I was eating a calzone with ricotta cheese... and there was something about the ricotta and the way to monster looked that sucked all of the hunger out of me and I had to stop eating and couldn't eat white cheese items for like a month lollll

I am currently doing a rewatch and just recently watched the host and omg I was so sick to my stomach. I was eating during it too and had to stop it so I could eat properly. Took me a while to get through the episode had to make sure it was between meals lol

I was a weenie goober child with a delicate constitution (Gremlins traumatized 8yo me) so I never watched X-files except for one episode which was El Mundo Gira. I think the scene where they open the portapotty is seared into my brain forever. 10/10 would never watch ever again
