The film she’s promoting here currently doesn’t have distribution in America. I’m curious to know what the interim agreement looks like in a situation like this. Did the producers agree to not sell the film to any streaming service or studio who hasn’t agreed to the guild’s demands?

My understanding is that they could sell the film, but the streaming service/studio would have to also abide by the interim agreement in order to stream or release anything. So they would have to give in and basically approve the new contract for each film, including residuals/profit share.
