#DannyMasterson update… I just picked up the letters from Masterson’s family and friends sent to Judge Olmedo ahead of today’s sentencing. Still going through them but actors @aplusk and @MilaKunisv both speak highly of their friend, now convicted rapist @dannymasterson

Yeah they’ve both bern pretty quiet during the trial and everything plus he was still working on Ashton’s show for awhile after the allegations?

Not surprised, the rules don't account for their friend they've known for decades, just because they were never personally in the room when he committed rape. Very both sides are right *eye roll*.

ofc lol because people always "support and believe survivors" until its their friends/family!! very terms and conditions apply of them

“Someday, his kid is going to read about this."

That is something Danny Masterson should have thought about before he raped.

i'm sure his daughter would feel a million times better if her dad was a rapist and got away with it

“Some day his kid is going to read about this”

The audacity to stand by him and then bring up his child as a way to garner sympathy; as if the women his friend raped weren’t people too who will have THEIR future children read about what they endured from that monster.

like not to get too personal but my mom and my sister both told me their sexual assault stories when i was so fucking young and the darkness that shit seeps you in is just. so. i felt terrified going down any hallway alone, walking on any street, and it's just. rape is an act of terror and psychological horror that reverberates through generations. of course i feel horrible for danny's daughter -- i feel horrible that he's a horrible person and that she has to find a way to build an identity around that. but better to denounce it now than find out later he did it and got away with it and you lived with a monster for that much longer without knowing.

First- I’m so sorry that happened to your mom and and sister and that you also had trauma from it too.

Second- I do feel for his daughter, but like you said she’ll be a better person if those around her explain how what her father did is reprehensible and hopefully they don’t make him out to be this martyr and saint of a man. But I doubt that will be the case, clearly those around him think he is completely innocent so this poor kid is going to grow up with such a distorted view of him.
