Skarsgard will play the titular character made famous by Brandon Lee in the 90s. Lee was killed by a prop gun during production, and the film was released after this death

The graphic novels had different people/scenarios where The Crow bought them back for vengeance, so I imagine this will be the same. I agree; no one else should play Eric.
