The good news? Bottoms expands to more theaters this weekend! The bad news? Aside from Denzel’s latest, The Equalizer 3, there is nothing big releasing over the holiday, so you may have to do some hunting if you’re looking for something new to watch. As always, there are new indies listed below, and you may want to look at previous week’s posts to see what you may have missed.
The films listed are from studios other than the “Big Five” - Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Walt Disney Pictures, and Columbia Pictures. Note that some of the movies listed are in their first week or two of limited release in the USA, so it may take them a few more weeks (or months) to show up in your local arthouse theater or on VOD.
