there’s this sketch from when Eva Longoria hosted SNL that gets more bizarre the longer it goes on bc like. it’s so mean to the women on the show and it’s about something that is so gossipy that it’s wild that an actual cast member (there literally promoting the show!) co-signing it and basically saying “yeah we all fucking hate each other” like. yeah I believe everything I hear about this show being a toxic nightmare to work on.

I literally just joined the DH subreddit as i got an itch for the show again and ONTD had a DH post....creepy.

Marc sucks. Justice for Edie. The show never rebounded from her death. The constant Edie rip-offs were....not as good.

one behind the scenes bit that always stuck with me is she was known to constantly drink water and run laps around the set in full costume, poor thing trying to stay as skinny as possible

I feel like for all the times I've heard she was a nightmare on set, there are so few specifics.

I know people don't owe us the specifics of their trauma, but I've also experienced people who will say vague shit to try to portray others as the problem when in reality, the other person was pretty innocent and the people saying vague shit were pretty much lying.

The whole Teri Hatcher thing is so fascinating to me, because she always seemed so nice and sweet in interviews etc. I know she's an actress, but still! Everyone on that show hates her so much lol

I do wonder if there was any MC/network influence. The show was an ensemble but it was clear that they treated Susan as head HW. Even Nicolettes whole issue was "I'm the 5th HW but im treated like a guest star when it comes to the other 4"
