Or, it’s highly suspected that China does that, because they’ve called for the repatriation of art and antiquities largely taken in the 19th century, and a lot of that kind of art has gone missing form Western collections. But whose hands they end up in for debate, I guess. A lot of Chinese billionaires buy the stolen art at auction, too.
