The finale felt really rushed, which I guess is understandable considering that they found out they had been cancelled only a few episodes before this one. I appreciate that they wanted to wrap everything up and give all the characters hopeful/happy endings but it was a lot to squeeze into one episode.

I'm glad George is going to law school (well, undergrad and then law school) but she always seemed to put her sisters first and now she's just okay with leaving the three of them? It seemed like a very abrupt change in attitude.

I'm glad that Ryan and his girlfriend realized that they want different things. Old Ryan would have left town, so it's definitely a sign of his maturity and growth that he decided to stay and that he was honest about it.

Ha, my favorite ending might be Nick going to work for Tom Swift. Still made that show got cancelled!

Even though I knew everyone would get very typical happily ever after endings to their storylines, I was kind of hoping that Jean would get killed off. Then Carson and Ryan could realize

even tho it was the series finale and the writers tried to course correct last minute, it truly felt like just a season finale to me. so much left to explore :(

Knowing that they werr basically 80% done with season 4, before getting the cancellation news, makes me appreciate the writers changing course to make sure fans get the ebding they deserve...

Also we got:

- George in Law School
- Ace in Pre Med
- Nancy going on her sin eater hunting adventures
- Nancy and Ace canonically engaged (confirmed by the writers)
- Nobody died
- Nancy not having 1 soul mat, but 4.
- Hardy confirmation with Ace

....and can Nncy Drew crew release that 6 min scene they cut where Nancy and Ace slow dance in the end (because they wanted to incorporate Alex Saxon's ballet skills)

i have so many feelings that i can’t put them into words. i’m so emo rn. i’m going to miss this show so much. i want more 😭😭 i need to see happy nace. i need more nick. more george. more bess. more ryan. even more connor. the first time i’ve ever loved every character on a series.
this show deserved better. seeing how much attention the riverdale finale is getting compared to nancy drew just makes me so angry.

nancy and ace have been together for over 3 years by now. so there’s that 😁😁😁
kennedy and alex need to be cast in everything together. that chemistry is lightning in a bottle

i'm always curious how it would have changed the trajectory of the whole show if they had that deal with netflix that riverdale has... nd deserved more viewers

i think about this all the time. they missed the deadline (?) by a year. i honestly think we would’ve gotten even more seasons than riverdale. the cw just didn’t deserve it.

since last night all i’ve seen on other platforms are riverdale has ended posts and none for drew. its the network’s fault for never promoting their one gem

i hope someday it gains a random surge in viewers (do ur thing tiktok lol) and because of it we get a movie or limited series or something 🥺 (so sad they destroyed/sold the sets to other shows)
