I'm pretty sure I spied a drink switch near the end when Feng brought Edgar the Bao Bing during the after party... I rewound & it looked like it. But I rewound a little before that and think it was Ulysses who made the drink that Feng put down on the table making me think it was not intentional. My theory being Ulysses wanted to kill Feng, Feng accidentally foiled that plan, and Edgar wound up with the poisoned drink accidentally.
