i hope this statement is closer to the reality that's going on and that the media circus is just meant to drum up a frenzy. "shit happens" rubbed me the wrong way at first but hopefully it's just a way for the both of them to brush off the rumors.

everything they've both gone through the last few years has been tough to deal with. i just really hope britney has people around her to support her.

Idk I feel like it's downplaying, ngl I was kinda taken aback cause his allegations against Britney are serious business but everyone processes things differently. I imagine him very emotional cause the situation sucks.
