I woke up this morning with this song fully in my head

They've been releasing tracks from the cast recording randomly, and this is the first one in like a month... when the fuck does the full cast recording come out?!?! It's so weird they haven't dated it yet!

I've pretty much been listening to- and subsequently wearing out- every single Hozier drops, as well as this emo/prog band called Hail The Sun. Both seem determined to release their upcoming albums one song at time; didn't it used to be two singles then The Drop? IDEK anymore.

Other than that, I'm a metal girlie (all subgenres), so it's been that on my own time. At work, I've put on a lot of roots/old timey country and singer songwriter playlists trying to discover sumn good, even if it's old (I don't like too much modern country). So far, the ones that stick out are about how much Harlan County sucks. Those are on this playlist by Kentucky artist Ty Childers, of course.

If you have any recs for new country artists, I'm always open to that. Metal too hehe
