Lori Vallow Daybell, who was convicted of murdering her two children, Tylee, 16, and Joshua, 6, and conspiracy to commit murder of Tammy Daybell, the ex-wife of Lori's husband. Before the sentencing, Lori claimed that the spirit world told her that Tylee and Joshua were happy in heaven. Still, the judge said that Lori showed no signs of remorse

i'm an exmormon and it's been so bizarre to see all of the weird mormon language used by Lori Vallow to try and explain this shit away. I know a few people wrapped up in the whole mormon Julie Rowe prepper movement and idk it's shocking but not at all surprising that something like this unfolded from that culture.

I'm glad she's getting life without parole. Hoping Chad gets the same.

same. i wasn't born into it or stayed a member long, but what i experienced did a huge number on my mental health. i should hate other religions more (like catholicism's thousand-year grip on culture), but the mormon stuff i saw with my own eyes. will never forgive that.
