I'm surprised how good and natural Simu sounds here. Especially compared to other actors that can hold a note, but sing over-affected (like Luke Evans).

It's not bad at all and way better than I was expecting. He's just lacking that emotional connection so it's coming across a tad too self-aware so a bit cringey, but I could see him improving and making a decent career if he keeps at it.
