Regarding the ambulance I wonder if they wanted to avoid the costs cause I've jokes and actual concerns about the billing.

I don’t know how other cities are but I definitely know in my own we have a lot to choose from and if I have any say I know exactly which ones I’d want to go to for specific emergencies.
