I started using period panties years ago and I really like them. I only have a heavy flow for the one or two days of my period, every other day I can use the panties with absolutely no issues.

i like period underwear for lighter days for sure, i've never had any leaks! but i also know when my heaviest day is and i will double up with a tampon if need be

cups have never really worked for me lmao idk why but these are a great alternative!
