Why should she? Who do they help? She can't change what she is...

It would be nice if she acknowledged her privilege, but nobody is OWED that ...

What are people hoping happens? That she quits her job? I swear people get upset about things they can't change, that don't make a difference anyway... The world is unfair; it is what it is.

I love how she doesn’t watch his work. It’s like knowing your dad has a job but not knowing what he does (or even caring).

Truly a real strong father/daughter relationship right there.

Edited: that was sarcasm btw…

I just imagine her sitting down one day and she sees him in something (anything really) and she’s like “oh, you were in this? Last year? You acted with [high profile actor she loves]?!? “

She should be embarrassed.

Here's how it should be answered...

"My father played an incredible role and I had the opportunity to be a part of this. I know what I've been allowed and I hope the talent I believe I have can shine."

Don't lie about the comments you are clearly paying attention to, that's silly.

Nepo 101 should be a Ted Talk at this point.

„…it’s a very normal thing for a child to be interested in something that their parents are doing, especially if it’s something as fun as acting…“

„… she doesn't watch projects her father stars in…“

What contradictory bullshit this is….

she says she does not watch his project but has visited him a lot on set growing up

I was always interested in it when I was younger, just from visiting my dad on his sets and watching him having fun, basically. I also loved meeting everybody on set. So I knew that was the place where I wanted to be, and I would also put on shows for my family. I would write plays. Performing was always something I was interested in.
