When asked about her guilty pleasure in a Vanity Fair video published Wednesday, America Ferrera admitted something she probably should have kept to herself. “I’m going to really regret saying this,” Ferrera, 39, said, before confessing, “It’s not showering for a few days.”

I don't think it is, statistics seem to suggest it's quite common and showering daily is against the advise of most dermatologists (and lbr celebs will have dermatologists) it's just ONTD that seems to consistently shower.

I'm probs on the over showering side tbh, daily is a minimum for me. I can't imagine going a few dats without willingly showering.

Honestly I think it depends a lot on climate and how active your lifestyle is how often you shower. If you have quite a sedentary work from home lifestyle, then I imagine there's not a lot of need for you to shower.

As a child? Quite a few.

As an adult? Once when I was sick I didn't shower for a day. And my hair felt weird because the gel was still in it and stuff. It was a generally unpleasant feeling.

I hate the pre and post showering stuff but for obvious reasons I do it every other day because I want to be clean and my hair looks great after a shower. I look like an electrocuted lion, I like that. Anyway I just don't like being cold so the period before and after showering just makes me sad lol. I am happy while showering though.

Zero, I even shower after concerts or going to clubs.
Last night I came home around 1:30am after the Drake concert and I still took took a lil shower. My sister went straight to bed.

i go to shower ESPECIALLY after a night out. I have only gone to sleep once in my makeup, and it was horrible. One time at a trip in Germany we were staying at a hostel and I was so drunk I went to sleep in someone else's bed but I still managed to go through my beauty regime lol

Omg, same, I shower almost every day before bed. In the past I have gone a few days without showering when I'm feeling low, in my defense tho, those days I'm usually at home not doing anything, but if I set foot on the streets I have to shower.

Lol it’s funny because I hate getting in the shower and then once I get in I hate getting out lol. I don’t wash my hair every day though, but I’ll hop in the shower daily with a shower cap

Lol same, I will put off getting into the shower for hours because I can't be bothered, and then when I get in it's like this is the greatest moment of my day, why must this end?
