My dad every episode says it’s the best one yet! We loved Spock last week and I know we’ll love this one with Uhura.

I love, love episodes that deal with language/communication (Darmok) and/or ~alternative alien races like the space whale in TNG or the horta so this was the best of both worlds for me.

At first I was convinced that Kirk was a hallucination too, so when he talked to La'an I was relieved that someone else saw him and interacted with him.
