ngl i haven’t rly loved a nolan movie in a while but these early reactions have me excited and hopeful!

between the positive early buzz (and massive box office prediction) for barbie and the glowing reviews for oppenheimer i am feeling pleased about the state of cinema. movies are back baby!

Oh yeah if anything all the tech/vfx awards is probably going to Oppenheimer. I remember thinking that from the trailer.

I’m really excited! I didn’t get tickets for Barbie or Oppenheimer yet lol but hopefully I’ll be seeing them soon if not opening weekend.

And Christopher Nolan said it was a good thing for cinema that Barbie and Oppenheimer were releasing on the same day which makes more sense than that “sources say he’s mad about it” article lol

Yeah, I still probably won't see Oppenheimer but the only reason I might is b/c of the comparison.

Yeah! It’s only a good thing for both films. Not that they need each other but the whole Barbenheimer has been fun and def helped the buzz.
