The cost of their properties were probably significantly cheaper than they would be paying for the size in upstate NY and CT, and I think the taxes are way less.

Technically property taxes in PA are pretty high (lower than NY/NJ/CT obviously), but the land (and assessment) would be cheaper

An added benefit is it has a flat 3% income tax, which is REALLY low for the East Coast; it’s one of the lowest in the country aside from the states that don’t tax income

Im assuming by passive he means lazy. You’re serious but you never promote your music? And I’m not even talking about live performances. Last album I remember of his seeing promoted was because Gigi was promoting it for him. And he doesn’t even do pre recorded performances?

It’s funny how he had all the tools handed to him and he fucked it up. Louis sucks but even he hustles more. He’s playing decent sized venues in the US right now which is crazy to me.
