I've never properly stolen anything because I am extremely nervous and I don't think I would be able to deal with the mental burden. I'd just confess straight away.

But as a child I did once take a random cat (And a really nice local homeless man who was holding the cat because I was a small idiot who could not hold a full grown cat) to my front door to ask my mother if we could keep the cat. She was like 'Hmmmmm no thanks?'. The 90s were wild.

I went through a really dumb phase of stealing stuff until being banned from Kohl’s for a damn $15 tank top. I was 17 and that security guard definitely used the “scare-them-straight” angle and it worked.

idk it used to be a thing to try and take off the poster of the concert we had just been to otw home in one piece. it never worked. lol but those are the ones that are about to be taken down anyway
