The PJ Harvey album is amazing. I didn't care for her last several albums, so I'm glad she's back and really showing us something interesting.

I can't stop listening to Gag Order. The live performances are amazing. I cannot WAIT for tour. I kinda want to go to another show...idk I am just so proud of Kesha and where she's going now that this bullshit with DL is over and now that she's fulfilled her contract. She recorded with Rick Rubin, who is behind some of the biggest albums in history. Her love of music is back. I am just so happy for her. I wasn't into her at first when she came out and was $ kesha, but I've been a huge fan since she started maturing her sound.

Check the lyrics to the new album. They're incredible. The production is weird but I ended up loving it tbh. I adore the album.

I keep coming back to this too, which really surprised me. I've never been a fan before (though definitely a supporter), but I love her sound on this album. It's a tough listen but also cathartic.

absolutely a tough listen, extremely cathartic! i'm so glad you are enjoying it, too. her voice is amazing. i'm glad she's pivoting a little, but I understand wanting to keep some of the animal/$/old identity your old fans related to, because you don't want to alienate those fans or that support, but it's clear she's trying to move on past that, too. her interviews explicitly state it.
