He claimed Christine is "fundamentally dishonest as to certain items included in her calculation of the children’s 'reasonable' needs, such as private school tuition for two of the children (failing to mention that only Grace will continue private school), and her own personal, non-child related expenses, such as extensive plastic surgery for herself in 2022."

I think that was slightly misreported going on this article, it suggests that her expenses she had proposed the child support on for last year included her plastic surgery, but wasn't entirely that.

I think the thrust of the complaint was that she'd just lumped various outgoings together when coming up with her figures and hadn't done the due diligence to check which were still relevant to the kids going forward, but it was reported in a way like "she's trying to get him to pay for her plastic surgery forever!"

Someone said Costner had had a previous messy divorce, so I wouldn't be surprised if he'd made this prenup iron clad. I do think she said it didn't consider kids though, which is why she might be trying to claim she needs $288k a month in child support because she's not gonna get much otherwise.

the part of the signed pre-nup that she's fighting is the fact that she has to move out after a certain number of days, not the child support back and forth that's happening rn

Yeah, it was a silly move on her part. You can't hold your obligations hostage as a negotiation tactic for unrelated things you want
