That’s a bit of an extreme way to get out of doing a duet with Katy Perry.

How long are we going to keep having celebs go through various medical emergencies, have ongoing health issues, develop constant infections, and so on before we admit the astronomical impact covid is having on health. I just read that long covid stats are now 1 in 5. Why are people taking such chances with something so dangerous?

i don't understand the correlation here. has madonna recently had covid? wasn't she one of the celebs who went public about being vaccinated?

She doesn’t need to have had it recently for it to cause problems. Covid is known to cause immune system dysfunction, as well as cardiovascular risks at least a year after an infection. Based on the probability that she is around a lot of people, she’s probably had covid within the last year, which means her body is vulnerable to other illnesses that maybe pre-covid she wasn’t. ie. being INTUBATED in the ICU. That’s not just being admitted to the hospital.
