Jamie probably had the best series long arc out of everyone in Ted Lasso. I was really surprised by how much I ended up loving him by the end.

He really did. It kind of sneaks up on you, but re-watching, it’s kind of ridiculous how well-executed it was. In hindsight, it’s also crazy they never really planned for Roy and Jamie to be friends. It evolved out of those two actors getting along so well (so the interviews have said).
