The Witcher has everything I would normally love; fantasy, magic, action, Henry…but for whatever reason, I was never able to get into it. I think I’ll try again

You may as well not bother tbh. Henry is being recast after this season and I don’t see the show surviving much longer.

It’s fun if you embrace the silliness of it all. Yenn and Jaskier are really what kept me watching and it’s been worth it for them.

Same. Yenn/Jaskier's buddy episode was great and I loved their chemistry. I love Anya with Joey more than Anya and Henry bc Henry is giving nothing in those scenes. Every season I worry we'll see less of Jaskier. Joey is wonderful!

It's Wolfgang Stegemann, the same guy Cavill brought on to redo the Renfri one, lmao. He's done a lot for the Mission Impossible series as well.

I'm just going to switch my brain off for this season and hope it hits the main points of the Thanedd scenes. That's about the most I can hope for, I think.

I think I had one episode left in season 1 and I just never got back to it and now I forgot everything. I'm too lazy to restart lol.

Also, I only find Henry really hot as this character. On paper, Henry is a good looking guy but Geralt? 🥴

Also, season 1 felt like a chore to watch, but I understand that it was necessary to build up the setting to understand season 2, which was way more eventful

If you pay attention there's tones of clue
Like in épisode 1 renfri saying how the lioness just won her first battle (1rst timeline) then the lioness telling Ciri how she won her first battle (3rd timeline)

If you're extra careful it makes sensé but it can be exhausting
