I always feel utterly embarrassed when I see celebs who clearly don't need money shilling crap they most likely wouldn't even use. I know most of them have no shame but like, seriously, sis? This is awkward as fuck.

I agree but it is worth noting that Gaga does have some serious health issues. Idk if she identifies as disabled but like…I remember watching her documentary about her pain and being like “wow relatable!”

Doesn’t she actually struggle from chronic pain and migraines though? I’m sure she’s getting paid but maybe she also just wanted to support it if it helped her?

Yeah, like I'm not a celeb but whenever someone brings up migraine problems I mention the migraine buddy app and of course suggest weed cause that's what helps me.

Drug advertising in the US is so weird.

Anyway, I hope everyone that deals with migraines finds something that works for them.
Thankfully my medicine is only $10 bc I'd be suffering if my doctor prescribed Nurtec

Yeah it's pretty weird, I'm in Canada and the first time I saw an ad for medication when visiting the US I was truly shocked, specially at the list of side effects.

Here we technically can have publicity but it has very strict rules.

"A drug product's official Health Canada authorized product monograph is a factual, scientific document about the product.

A product monograph:
-does not contain any promotional material
-describes the properties, claims, indications and conditions of use of the drug product
-may be posted on a corporate website if the website doesn't have any promotional material"
