I don't like his movies, but he's one of the pro-film nerds who doesn’t degrade digital. That actually makes me rank him above Nolan and the other clowns who cry about it.

The only work of his I liked was The Fantastic Mr Fox, I tried watching his other films and they weren’t for me.

I’ve seen a couple of his movies and I really liked Fantastic Mr. Fox! I did like Isle of Dogs, however I was annoyed by the foreign exchange student girl being one of the “leaders”. Why couldn’t it have been a Japanese character? It felt a little white savior to me. And having more Japanese-American/Japanese voice actors involved in the main cast would have been better.

I’ve watched Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. I barely remember them though lol and the latter two I just saw last year
