This year's tv comedy actors roundtable is Jason Segel (Shrinking), Steven Yeun (Beef), Tyler James Williams (Abbott Elementary), John Mulaney (Baby J), and Mo Amer (Mo).
I've only watched the first season but Mo Amer is pretty great and I think he and Tyler represent a new kind of moc in comedy (very loving/nurturing, conflict resolution without so much violence, and heavily informed by their cultural backgrounds, rather than just for white audiences) and they should both have interesting things to say. Jason Seagal isn't a bad actor though often his softness is played for laughs, he does have decent writing skills at least. Steven Yuen and John Mulaney I know we're all disappointed in them for standing by their awful comedian pals, no one wants to hear anything but apologies from them. I don't know if Jason or Mo are dicey, someone can correct me on that.
