People get really weird about plastic surgery, on the one hand, yes, it can be harmful for body image, 100%, but sometimes people just like certain features and want them for themselves. I'd also love to have a fatter ass but I'm too afraid and poor for surgery.

People often look really awkward with features they aren’t meant to have though. The best plastic surgery is typically subtle and enhances what a person has.

It is just a minefield as far as ethical issues though and it should always be taken seriously as every medical procedure should. A lot of us could really just use more self acceptance.
