Absolutely. I know he did punch him or threw him against the wall or something at a later date. But, I’m glad it stopped there. Going to jail over that loser would be so unnecessary.

i mean. he later smashed Andy Dick's head into the bar at the Laugh Factory in LA four or five times before someone broke the fight up (according to the reports from 2008). the Huffington Post article i found about it quotes the Page Six story where Lovitz reportedly said: ""All the comedians are glad I did it because this guy is a [bleep]hole."
