As someone who also has ADHD (and who used to dance but doesn't anymore), it really does feel like dance helped me out so much. like i wasn't diagnosed until late, but my symptoms really became noticeable when i stopped dancing.

I'm in the same boat! Probably a sign that I should start dancing again, especially cuz I feel like my symptoms have gotten worse lately

i dont know who needs to hear this, but if you're only aware of the U.S. release of LOOSE, you possibly may have missed the international versions with extra songs.

Thankfully, she rereleased the album on Spotify in the US to celebrate the 15th anniversary by adding those tracks. Such an amazing album. I wish Glow was a single and the demo version of AGTCTAE with Chris Martin. Folklore is still my favorite. Childhood Dreams is her best song to date

ok, so that wasn't a fever dream. I vaguely remember a Chris Martin version.

And yes, damn near every song was a potential hit. Glow is a bop.

Yeah, it was the demo or at least the version that was meant to be on the album, but his label didn't let him release it. It's on YouTube to listen. I think you can still hear some of his background vocals in the final version in the intro. I think Showtime is a bit of a lackluster, but it's still decent. Overall, the album was too damn good and it was nice she milked that album. It sucks that was the era she had a panic attack because she never had that level of fame before. I'm glad she's doing her thing at her comfort

Ugh, can't wait! I think she's going for a dance/house sound based on the teaser for the first single. She better tour! She looks banging, and elementary school me is excited for what's to come!

also, i love that this album milked the era dry and released so many singles!

8 of the songs were singles! (no video for Te Buesque tho).

Wait For You should have been the 9th single tbh. Timbaland deepcut now.

It did get a lazy release with a video with footage of the Get Loose Tour. I wish WFY got proper single treatment.

2006 gave us Nelly Furtado's "Loose," Fergie's "The Dutchess," and Gwen Stefani's "The Sweet Escape." I don't know why, but those three (3) artists and those particular eras will always stick out as like a trinity of sorts for that year/period to me.
