The Flash has his final run and brings The Arrowverse to an official close

May 25, 2023 18:37

Eric Wallace reveals that if #TheFlash got a Season 10, he'd bring in characters from other DCTV shows like Superman & Lois, Titans, and Stargirl for Blackest Night.

"The idea was to get them all together to stop Nekron and all his Black Lanterns" ⚡️

I have yet to watch the finale but I spoiled myself. The first 3 parts (with Thawne) were so wack.

It seemed like the creators just wanted to say goodbye to every character that agreed to a cameo.

Which would’ve been cool if the story made sense.

They did get Mohinder so it was great seeing him . (He will always be Mohinder from Heroes mmmkay)

Does Superman and Lois not count as Arrowverse?

I'll watch this when it's on Netflix next week.

No, it's viewed as its own thing since technically its own Earth and has no ties to the other shows beyond dopplegangers.

But Supergirl was Arrowverse from the getgo (or at least midseason 1)? Yeah ok.

Superman and Lois are straight up in the crossover eps!! That makes no sense! Superman was on Supergirl first!!!

These are brand new versions of the characters. None of them have interacted with any character from the main Arrowverse and they never were put on the E1.

Considering I can barely remember what happened the last couple of seasons maybe I'll skip everything and just watch the finale.

What's with that ending? Were they planning spin-offs then scrapped it and forgot to cut it out from the episode?

Anyway, this finale might be the most boring ending of any show ever. I'm glad Candice is finally free of this show and the assholes at CW.

Nope. Eric Wallace claims he took inspiration from the Angel finale, The Office finale, and Lost finales when crafting this finale.

And he just wanted to play with all the characters he wouldnt be able to play with (thankg god)
