Almost too intense. I could watch as a movie but not a series.

I had to look at that thumbnail a couple of times to not see him floating. I thought it was a space hijacking at first.

I’m sure this will include dramatic scenes of the plane over London but in real life any plane hijacking that heads for the UK has to land at Stansted, which is somewhat lacking in cinematic appeal. I think the primary strategy is parking the plane in the outfield and waiting for boredom to set in.

I love me a hijacking film (or plane crash, or really anything plane related), but real time? Ehh. No thank you.

The thing this trailer has me most curious about is how they got into the cockpit. We know guns get through security all the time, but I’ve read so many articles about how the cockpit door changes post-9/11 are the biggest measure that keeps planes safe now. It’s virtually impossible to get in unless the pilot willingly opens the door. Even if they were threatening to shoot passengers, it seems unlikely the pilots would open the door.

I just finished reading Falling, and that’s being made into a movie soon, so I’ve had enough inside job plane-related stories for awhile.
