Nah, spite is a terrific motivator. My entire career is based off spite because an idiot man told me I couldn’t do STEM stuff because I’m a girl.

Doing it for yourself is great and all, but it won’t keep you going lol, whereas even on my darkest days, I was still like “fuck that guy, I can do this”

It's a miracle that this girl hasn't turned into an absolute mess. More than proving anyone wrong, I hope she leads a fulfilling, nice life and breaks the cycle of toxicity she was exposed to by her family.
