His face looks familiar-ish but I don't know who this man is. But going by the comments I'm assuming he's a big get??

The thing I was most worried would happen with the Disney deal and the increased budget is DW losing it's classic campiness and well-known actors popping in as guests (see Only Murders in the Building) and American actors would become normalized (I still can't believe pos Neil Patrick Harris is in the 60th!).

I'm also worried they'll Disneyfy it (especially if RTD decides to leave again) to make it less controversial and more "palatable" to American audience.

I know the BBC said Disney won't interfere but I don't trust that asshole mouse.

I'm still waking up so sorry if what I wrote doesn't make sense :/

He played King George III in the OG Hamilton plus a lot more theatre. On TV/movies he voiced Kristoff in Frozen, was the lead in Mindhunter, the lead in looking, Jesse St. James in Glee, was just in knock at the Cabin, and a bunch more stuff but those are the more well known things.

Idk I'm not loving the amount of American actors they're bringing in.

I'm still not loving them bringing Tennant back either but I'm trying very hard to wait and see before I judge because I'm excited for Ncuti.

Groff is a bit whatever, but Davies just worked with NPH on It's A Sin, so I'm not shocked he rehired him. He loves having his "troupe".

I will be watching!! I've been getting caught up on Jodie's tenure specifically to get current for the new season, and only have a few eps left. I like Jodie a lot, but the writing is so inconsistent - really hope it's better for Ncuti.

Slightly OT but so weird, I keep seeing people react to the Lewis Capaldi video and the story reminded me of a book I can't read to my son because it makes me cry - Tabby McTat. Very coincidental it's being made into a little film!
