The place I get mine laser removed doesn't hurt at all. He first uses a fractional laser so the anesthetic he uses goes deep into the skin. Then the actual laser for the removal doesn't hurt. Even if it hurts a little, he stops to put on more of the anesthetic.

He's studied it a lot over the years to make it completely pain free and still extremely effective.

Nothing, I’m saying it looks like a small delicate design that’s been scaled too large. It doesn’t look like it’s meant to be a big statement piece that would take up so much of her back.
