this show is so cliche and silly but everyone is charming enough it works? I was surprised when tv critics I listen to liked it (they were also surprised) but now I kinda like it too but the cliches are definitely the most lol.

That's exactly how I feel. Also the Italian American and Irish accents everyone is doing is literally so over the top and entirely too much, but again it works and is part of the show's charm. I think because it's adapted from a K-drama it leans into/doesn't shy away from and isn't ashamed of this OTT elements so it makes it fun.

So I watch on Hulu. So far it’s been good but I’m not holding my breathe for season 2.

I have a gut feeling it’s getting canceled. Which proves Milo Ventittity can’t carry a show without an ensemble.
