It should tell you something about this movie that Zaslav introduced it at CinemaCon by saying it's the best superhero movie of all time and he's seen it 3 times and he has previously basically admitted to hating movies.

everything about Ezra aside bc I have neither the strength nor desire to discuss anything about that situation right now, why does it feel like this movie has been coming soon for years now? it feels like they should be announcing the sequel (though not actually, I hope this tanks).

Probably cuz of this: In October 2014, Warner Bros. announced The Flash would be released in 2018 as the sixth installment of the DC Extended Universe. Ezra Miller was cast to play the title role of Barry Allen.
