I think Ana de Armas is doing the heavy lifting here, honestly, and is being somewhat more playful and fun. I think the scales are falling re: chris evans, everyone realizing he doesn't have much personality beyond basic Boston bro after the Captain America sheen has worn off.

They haaaaated her back during the Knives Out press tour. They thought she was a social climber and were v slut shamey about the sexual nature of some of her films (ie…the same way they’re treating Alba rn lol). But I think Ana has clout/respect in a way Alba (and lbr Chris) doesn’t now and is more age appropriate so they would probably prefer that he dated her.
