The reviews are in! The embargo has finally been lifted on 'Ghosted' as it drops on Apple TV+ and it seems to be...mixed.

Many cite the lack of romantic chemistry between the two leads, overstuffed plot, and [Spoiler (click to open)]a ton of Marvel cameos to distract from the cringe dialogue.

Ngl. I am very surprized by the "no chemistry," "not romantic" comments. It must be really crappy writing, or something.

Both actors can be very cute when needed, and they seemed to work well together in knives out.

Anyways, not planning on seeing it.

I had the same take. Did they fall out (pure speculation) or was the script so bad that they couldn't sell it bc they really did work well together in Knives Out.

if it's true that they filmed most of this at two completely separate times than that would explain the no chemistry.

I feel those reviews are being kind. Like what chemistry? (I did cackle at the at least it’s shorter than the Grey Man comment)
Also, I’m shocked by the director. I loved Rocketman. It deserved all the accolades that Bohemian Rhapsody got

he 100% looks greenscreened in. when someone pointed out that neither of them look there in person in that staircase clip apple released it became so painful obvious. i couldn't unsee it.

Even if it sucks, I'm supporting. I need this genre to make a come back. The recent ones have been 50/50. Loved the Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum one, hated the Jennifer Lopez and (not)Armie Hammer one.

I wish rom-coms would come back and would be original while also poking fun at the shit that makes rom-coms goofy. Like, have a couple actually talk about what they saw with "the accidental kiss."

The Sandra Bullock one was actually fun! And there was no long drawn-out end fight.
