Even though I don't think much come of that DNA testing should they do it. There's an 8-year age difference between Matthew and Woody anyway.

Either way Matthew's parents were apparently wild~ They divorced twice and married each other 3 times. Even the day Matthew's dad passed away was wild. His dad had predicted that he'd die making love to his wife and IT HAPPENED! He ended up dying from an a-fib (atrial fibrillation) while on the "job". But when they wheeled him on the stretcher they had him covered up (cause he was naked) for decency and some of the neighbors were watching but Matthew's mom half-naked kept pulling the sheets off cause she wanted everyone to see "how big Jim went out!!".

So I wouldn't be surprised his mom had a liaison~ with Woody's dad.

Plus Woody's dad was a hired hitman who did kill somebody!! Wild families all around!!
