I will ultimately spend MORE time playing a Pokemon game than I will a Mario game, but if you asked me to pick which franchise I needed in my life more, it would be Mario.

I've literally only ever played Mario games. My nephew loves that I'm terrible at them.

But his ranking would be Mario > Pokemon > Sonic for games. And for movies Mario > Sonic > Pokemon (he got bored with Detective Pikachu). So, there's your ranking from a 9 year old boy perspective. lol

the mario movie should've been better. it shouldn't have been done by the minion's people. it should've been a love letter to mario rather than 90 mins of memberberries

I loved he world building in Detective Pikachu. It was exactly what you would expect of a city where Pokemon live with people. I was thinking "Damn, I want to live here. I want a Ghastly hanging out in my apartment!"

I would have happily drank his coffee and ate his sandwiches. So cute!

This isn't exactly a good thing for the Pokemon (cause of the drugs) but I loved that underground battle club. It's not a stretch to think that people would want to gamble on their faves, you know?
