Exactly. Also, I wonder what she means by 'toxic.' I wonder if they were the type of couple who just could not level set, either it was extreme highs or extreme lows. They were 25/26 at the time so that kind of relationship would make a lot of sense tbh.

i know ONTD is all 'fuck men' (rightfully so) but yeah, she doesn't say that HE was toxic or necessarily a shit person, just that they were terrible together and couldnt figure shit out.

From the little experts I’ve read of her memoir she’s had a hard life and she seems like a very nice person.

Also so glad that Taylor Kitsch’s career died because between this and the way he treated the woman on the set of savages he seems like a garbage person

Oh gross I clearly didn’t know that but I will rely on his charisma vacuum and lack of acting skills to kill these the same way he did John Carter, or at least I’ll be munnifesting it

I feel like that period of time, the 2000s in general, was also just a period where people were very socially programmed to immediately side with the guy in a break-up, regardless of circumstances. Not that that still doesn't happen now, all the time, as we've witnessed but especially back then it was just sort of the given. It sucks that she felt so isolated, but it seems like a lot of them are hopefully on good terms now.
