I enjoy what I've watched on YouTube about this podcast.

Adam talking about Leighton was so sweet. I need to listen/watch the whole thing because I'm curious to see if Penn says anything about Leighton since they worked together for years.

I need them to do another one with Leighton so I can watch them talk.

The Sophia Bush episode was a little pretentious, but that's what I expect from Sophia these days.

In what way do you find her pretentious?

I personally find that she overanalyses everything (not everything contains a deeper meaning nor does everything have to) and she always needs to appear like she's the smartest person in the room. When I listened to the OTH podcast, I felt she always had to boast about her intelligence.

Her need to always say that her cerebral cortex wasn't fully developed until she was in her mid-20s as some excuse for her failed marriage to Chad always pisses me off. Sometimes shit just doesn't work out because you're dealing with another human being, it's that simple; it doesn't need to mean anything deeper. There are some things where she uses particularly complex words when a smaller one would be fine. I'm aware the last two points can be very BEC.

I like her, but I can't listen to her sometimes.

I totally agree with this. I think her heart is in the right place but her “smart girls are cool!” narrative is very, ironically, 2000s.

My favourite part was when Penn talked how the two of them plus the guy from Chuck all played an avatar of Josh Schwartz and if they were all in the same room at one time Josh Schwartz would implode.

Adam also had some very nice things to say about his relationship with Leighton. Maybe there’s some hope out there that men can be decent! My teenage crush is validated at least.
