Looks more like an olive than cedar based on leaf colour, tree shape and the one I have in my garden. Plus olive trees are native to Lebanon which I did not know. Good for her for taking it, I know I would, only thing I'd leave that arsehole with is a very sore bank balance.

wish we could've afforded to do this with the beautiful apple tree and dogwood we had at our first house. though i hope the soil/humidity/temperature will work for it. i imagine Barcelona and Lebanon have pretty similar climates, but Miami is a different beast. at least she can pay to dollar top have experts keep it alive!

i bought a 6' fiddle-leaf fig from Costco for $50(!!) a week ago and it's doing great so far, but I'm still terrified I'll kill it.

A 6-foot fiddle leaf fig for 50 dollars? What kind of sorcery was this?

My friend had a beautiful apple tree in the middle of the garden in the house she bought, but it was literally slap bang in the middle so it was super inconvenient and apparently due to some technical issues with how it had been planted they couldn't move it they had to cut it down. She was so upset.

That doesn't look like a Lebanese Cedar, it looks like an olive tree.
