it's because he's milking being in an accident like crazy and people are praising him for it - meanwhile normal people that don't have millions of dollars in their account get into accidents everyday and have to figure out how to do therapy and pay their bills lol

I don't know why my brain interpreted 'making cool vehicles' as in him giving free wheelchairs for people who need a walking aid, that'd be a cool thing to do AND would let him continue to milk his accident for all it's worth

I guess if anything good was to come out of his accident, it was free promo for this show. I would've never known about it and now a bunch of people will watch it because he's been in the news recently for his incredible recovery.
