I am trying not to be annoyed with him, but I am annoyed with him. I realize he is outnumbered and maybe a little ashamed that he isn't able to be a useful adult in the situation, but I hope he rallies.

Loved this episode, especially the pacing. Shauna's trip to find her minivan reminded me of I Don't Feel At Home In This World Anymore which starred Melanie Lynskey and Elijah Wood. Great movie. Melanie in that scene with the gun was so perfectly creepy. Can't wait for more Walter/Misty adventures. The Tori Amos usage was impeccable. I feel like Jeff might do something really stupid or crazy to prove himself to Shauna.

The selection of songs for this show is amazing. But also, makes me feel old because these songs were from when I was a teen in the 90s. 😭

[Spoiler (click to open)]I think the "crazy thing" Jeff will end up doing is take the blame for Adam's murder and going to jail for Shauna.

I just finished season 1 and going to watch the new episodes this weekend. Didn't expect it to be SO good! This cast is seriously something else, they are all absolutely amazing.

Me too. I just finished the first season last week. I didn't expect it to be bad, but I really like it. Especially Cristina Ricci. I'm glad I caught up too. Although one thing struck me as a recent finisher and I don't know if it was discussed in Season one posts since I am starting with this post, but I thought it was interesting none of the girls mention their families, or missing them or any of that or wanting to get back home in relation to them. They want to be rescued obviously, but it seems apart from their lives.

I also thought it was interesting that when they did try to do something "fun" it was never (or hasn't been, since it's told in flashback) soccer/soccer talk.
